MEET YOUR COACH:

Meet Robbie Cassidy, an MSc physiotherapist and the creator of the Back Pain Back to Exercise program. For over 7 years, Robbie has been helping everyone, from elite athletes to those with long-term pain, using a whole-body approach to help them return to exercise. His goal is to help you feel better, regain your confidence, and get back to doing the things you love.
